corresponding to a course of the said Training School or have experience of not less than three years in theoretical training on the course of the said training School; and
c)Have sufficient knowledge and ability to conduct theoretical training on the course of the said Training School.
(4)Flight instructors who meet the following requirements shall be pasted in excess of the necessary number. They shall:
a)Be at least 21 years of age;
b)Have obtained competence certification or hold an instrument rating or a flight instructor rating (including competence certification for air navigation service corresponding to the above issued by a foreign Government which is a Contracting State of the Convention on International Civil Aviation) necessary for flight training on a course of the said Training School; and
c)Have sufficient knowledge and ability to conduct flight training on the course of the said Training School.
(5)Designated examiners who meet the following requirements shall be posted in excess of the necessary number. They shall:
a)Be at least 25 years of age;
b)Not be a disqualified person; and
c) Have obtained competence certification or hold an instrument rating necessary for competence evaluation on a course of the said training School, and have been recognized by the Minister of Transport to have ability for competence evaluation.
(6)Training facilities which meet the following requirements shall be approved:
a)Classrooms and other facilities necessary for theoretical training; and
b)Aircraft as well as other apparatus and equipment necessary for conducting flight training.
(7)Subjects for theoretical and flight trainings on a course of the said Training School and school hours for each subject shall be adequate.

 

(Designation of Training School for Airmen)
Article 50-(5). Designation of Training School for Airmen is established for competence certification, a change of a rating on competence certification and an instrument rating respectively. In this case, the designation is established for each qualification regarding competence certification and for each category regarding change of rating on competence certification and an instrument rating.

 

(Certificate of Completion)
Article 50-(6). An administrator of an Approved Training School for Airmen shall not issue a certificate of completion under the provisions of Article 50-(2) paragraph 3 to any person other than one who has completed a course of the said Training School for Airmen, and has passed a competence evaluation conducted by
